We're thrilled to announce our annual Santa Experience on Sunday, December 1st! Get ready for a magical experience that will capture the wonder of the holiday season.

This year, we have created a beautiful winter wonderland backdrop featuring:
❄️ A charming white brick wall adorned with sparkling string lights
🎄 White Christmas trees
🌨️ Fluffy, white snowy floor
🍬 A candy cart
🍪 Gingerbread goodies

Our sessions will start at 10 AM, providing plenty of opportunities to create unforgettable memories with Santa. Perfect for families, children, and anyone who loves the magic of Christmas!
Sessions include 5 digital images, online gallery, and print release. Additional digital images are $9 each. $45 deposit, $150 due on before session.

WHAT’S IS THE SANTA EXPERIENCE AND HOW DOES THIS ALL WORK?
The Santa Experience is a limited edition portrait session. Each session must be reserved by booking your selected time slot. Your session will include a reservation in which you will meet Santa. While your child talks to Santa, goes over their “list,” etc., Santa’s helpful Elf (Me!) will be snapping away, capturing those genuine interactions while also documenting some great shots with everyone looking and smiling at the camera. Before you go, Santa will give each child a gift, which will be either custom cookies or candy, created especially for this event! Within 1 week of your session, you will receive your digital photos via a private online viewing gallery! Instructions will be included.

WHAT WILL MY SESSION INCLUDE?
Each session is 15 minutes in length. Your child will have the time to meet Santa himself, talk with him about their list & holiday wishes, and pose for photos. The package includes five digital images, online gallery, and print release. Additional digital & print packages will be available once photos are delivered. And Santa will also have a treat for them to take home too!

HOW LONG WILL MY SESSION LAST?
Sessions will last up to 15 mins in length. During this time, your child will be able to interact with Santa 1:1, while I capture the moment. Due to the scheduling of these sessions, it is extremely important to arrive early. I recommend arriving at least 10-15 mins before your session time, to allow your child to warm up and to ensure you are ready when it’s your turn. I will have my helpful elves on site directing you and managing our reservation times so we stay on schedule.

CAN WE GET A FAMILY PHOTO AT THE SAME APPOINTMENT?
Yes! You are more than welcome to get the entire family into the photo, however the set will not accommodate more than 5 people posed with Santa.

WHAT IF MY CHILD CRIES?
Depending on your child’s age, this can be a real concern for parents. I get it because I have 4 children and almost all of them have struggled with stranger danger! I promise you that I will do everything possible to get beautiful images with Santa, and if that’s not possible, we can also take individual portraits of your child alone (without Santa). Kids are so unpredictable, so my best advice is to embrace whatever happens. Sometimes the crying photos turn out to be our favorites, years later! I do ask that if the child does not want to sit in Santa’s lap, that a parent be available to hold the child next to Santa for some photos of them together! I will not be able to reschedule or refund your session if you aren’t happy with your child’s reaction to Santa.

HOW CAN I BEST PREPARE MY CHILD?
It is my goal to make sure this session is a positive experience for your child, and to create a new tradition for your family! I recommend introducing Santa to your child before our session - by reading them books, showing them photos or movies, and talking up the upcoming session! If your child is old enough, encourage them to bring a list for Santa - we can use it in the photos!

WHAT SHOULD WE WEAR?
This is totally your call! Our Santa will be wearing his classic suit - which would pair well with jewel tone colors such as emerald green, navy, dark purple or neutrals such as white, cream, and browns. Jammies are also a cute option, for that timeless look!

HOW DO I BOOK MY SANTA EXPERIENCE?
Booking your spot is simple! Pick your date & time below.
Booking requires a 25% paid deposit, with a remaining balance due the day before event, an invoice will be sent out to your provided email address.

*The session is not confirmed until a deposit is paid. All deposits are non-refundable. A reminder will be sent out the day before the session to confirm and with address details. Thank you!
Cancelation Policy - All deposits are non-refundable when canceling. The deposit will then be transferred to a future session. If canceling within 48 hours of the session, the deposit is then non-transferable. A new deposit will be needed when re-booking.
